How Long Does it Take to Make a New Product Live?

For new products, it can take as little as 3 days or as long as a few weeks. This is impacted both by how complex a product is and how complete a new job form is when Extension Store staff receive it. A publicly available, no-cost PDF product can usually be made live in just a few days. Tangible, for-cost products with inventory and special customer groups often take longer. Due to their complexity, eCourses, in particular, can take a fair bit of time to make live. Budgeting a few weeks for complex products to be made live will best allow us to guide you through pricing and delivery strategies.
