How quickly will I receive my ISU Extension and Outreach apparel order?

Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.

What payment types are accepted?

  1. VISA/MasterCard/Discover/American Express -- for verification, the billing address and zip code entered on the Extension Store must match the address on file with the card issuer.
  2. Check/money order -- payment in full must be received (with a copy of your order confirmation) before any shipment of your order will occur.

How do I order online and pay using a check/money order?

Browse the Extension Store placing your desired items into your shopping cart and begin to checkout, entering the required shipping/billing information. Select Check/Money Order for your payment method and click Next to advance to the Submit Order page. Please verify all information is correct and click the Finish button. Please click this button only once.


You will then see a confirmation page displayed with instructions on where to mail your check. Include one copy with your check payment or list reference your order number on the check.


What name/merchant/seller/etc.will appear on my credit card statement?

How do I access an eCourse I have been enrolled in?

I made my own purchase of this eCourse and self-enrolled:

A link to the eCourse can be found in your My Account - Digital Products page. Login to the Extension Store and access the "My Account" page. A link to "View Digital Products and eCourses" can be found under the "Order History" section on this page. Click on the link and view all digital products and eCourses associated to your account. Click on the link to the appropriate eCourse.


A link to the My Account - Digital Products page can also be found in your order confirmation email.


Someone else purchased and enrolled me in this eCourse:

If you were enrolled in an eCourse by someone else, you will receive an email with a link to that eCourse. If the eCourse you were enrolled in is hosted on a learning management system like Moodle or Canvas, and you are new to that learning management system, you will need to create an account using the email address that received the enrollment email. 


For Canvas eCourses, a temporary password will be issued to you in your enrollment email. This password should be used only if you are logging into Canvas for the first time.


Where do I access my digital media purchase?

A link can be found in your My Account - Digital Products page. Login to the Extension Store and access the "My Account" page. A link to "View Digital Products and eCourses" can be found under the "Order History" section on this page. Click on the link and view all digital products and eCourses associated to your account. Click on the link to the appropriate digital media product to download the file.

Are digital products accessible to those who utilize assistive technology?

Questions regarding the content of educational products can be directed to the Extension Store on the Contact Us page.


What is a zipped file, and how do I open it?

Generally, zipped files from the Extension Store contain more than one file when opened. Zipping multiple files together allows them to be sent as one package. Zipping files also compresses and encrypts them. This not only minimizes the file size, but also protects the contents from corruption when transferred.


To open a zipped file using a Windows Operating System: 

Right click on the zipped file and select “Extract All”. A new, unzipped folder with the same file name will appear in the same folder location as the zipped file. The folder will contain all of the contents of the zipped file.


To open a zipped file using a Mac Operating System: 

Double click the zipped file. A new, unzipped folder with the same file name will appear in the same folder location as the zipped file. The folder will contain all of the contents of the zipped file.



Shipping, Handling, and Distribution:


What are your shipping and handling rates?

Extension Store's Distribution Center ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) to provide you the quickest method as possible.

Our shipping and handling rates are based on 3 factors:

  • the number of items ordered
  • the weight of those items
  • the location of where those items are being shipped to

To determine your shipping and handling, simply add items to your shopping cart. If signed in to your account the S&H will automatically be displayed for you. If you have not yet signed in, from the system prompts simply select the location where your order will be sent and your S&H will be displayed.


Can I pick up my order at the Extension Store?

Yes, please select the pick up option during checkout when you are entering your shipping information. We will hold your order at the Distribution Center.


Kindly allow a minimum of 3 hours to process your order completely.


Can I purchase products if I am not located within the United States?

Yes. International shipping charges can vary widely based on weight and country. In order to expedite the processing and shipping of your international order we apply an up-front estimated shipping and handling fee (subject to adjustment). If the actual cost is less, your credit card will be credited back any difference between this fee and the actual shipping and handling charges incurred. If the actual cost turns out to be higher, we will contact you with the new total and offer you the option to proceed or not. Any credit will be applied to your credit card within 5-7 business days.
