Creating random points in ArcGIS Pro is a tool useful especially for researchers. Imagine wanting to run a model for testing, but you don’t have the data to do so; or, you have the data but have confidentiality and privacy concerns to take into account; or, you need random points to represent a survey sample for which the georeferenced data is classified.
